Krishi Vigyan Kendra, ICAR, West Garo Hills organized planting material distribution programme under TDC-NICRA Project at Marapara village on 18th July, 2025. Dr. Tarun kumar Das, SMS (Agril. Extension) and N. Arunkumar Singh, SMS (SWCE), KVK, West Garo Hills interacted with all the farmers on integration of various fruit crops on Integrated Farming System Models established in the adopted villages. A total of 49 nos. of farmers from five selected villages participate the programme. 1000 saplings of Assam Lemon, 750 saplings of Papaya and 400 banana saplings were distributed to the farmers for integration as one component in Integrated Farming System Models.
